- Current locations, such as a resident’s car parked in a parking lot and resident’s family who’s got a smartphone, can be seen through resident’s smartphone and home wall pad.
- In case of emergency call, emergency situation is immediately informed through activating the surrounding emergency bell and it is also reported to an emergency center of a control office. Also a SMS is sent to a registered guardian and emergency alarm rings through a home wall pad.
